Please note that any import taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are payable upon delivery and vary based on your country’s regulations. We strongly encourage you to research your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Returns
INA SZN Returns Policy
For ready-to-ship styles, we offer a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to make a return. The item must be in the original condition with no marks or damage. Returns postage is to be covered by the customer. Once the return has arrived back at our studio and the condition is approved, your refund will commence. Refunds take approximately 10-14 working days to appear in your bank account.
